Pricing is based on your business size, transaction volume, and reporting needs.

Self Assessment – Sole Traders

£120–£250 (one-off fee)

A flexible service to ensure your Self Assessment is filed correctly and on time. Whether your year was straightforward or includes property, investments, or other income streams, we’ll guide you through it with clear advice and support.

Includes

  • Submission of Self Assessment to HMRC
  • Review of income and business expenses
  • Advice on allowable deductions and reliefs
  • Optional 30-minute consultation
  • HMRC correspondence support (Premium package)

Options

  • Basic: £120 – for simple income (one trade, no extras)
  • Standard: £180 – includes expense review and guidance
  • Premium: £250 – full support with consultation and HMRC follow-up

Additional charges may apply for capital gains or rental property income (from £50). January submissions (last-minute filing) are +£50.

VAT Returns – Quarterly

£50–£170 per return

We’ll ensure your VAT return is filed accurately and on time through your accounting software. Whether we’re reviewing your prepared return or handling it end-to-end, we’ll keep things compliant and efficient.

  • Preparation and submission of VAT return
  • Digital filing through QuickBooks or Xero (MTD compliant)
  • Support for standard or cash accounting schemes
  • Email support

Options

  • Review & Submit: £50 – you prepare, we check and file
  • Standard: £75 – we prepare and submit using your records
  • Full Bookkeeping + VAT: £170 – includes up to 100 transactions/month

Manual/spreadsheet records: +£30. Flat Rate/Annual VAT schemes priced on request.

Only £0.80 per transaction beyond the included 250.

£600–£750/month

For established SMEs needing consistent financial oversight.

  • Enhanced monthly management accounts with commentary
  • Credit control support
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Budget & rolling forecast updates
  • Liaison with your accountant or HMRC

£0.60 per additional transaction as you grow.

Complete Finance Partner

£900–£1,100/month

For businesses needing a full-service finance function.

  • Unlimited transactions (within fair usage)
  • Custom Excel dashboards or Power BI setup
  • Monthly variance analysis (budget vs actual)
  • Cash flow forecasts and planning
  • Monthly strategy check-ins with senior staff

If volumes grow significantly, we’ll adjust pricing fairly and transparently.

If you go over your transaction limit, you’re simply billed a small per-transaction fee in your monthly invoice. No surprises.
