Self Assessment – Sole Traders

£120–£250 (one-off fee)
For sole traders looking for a simple, stress-free tax return.

A flexible service to ensure your Self Assessment is filed correctly and on time. Whether your year was straightforward or includes property, investments, or other income streams, we’ll guide you through it with clear advice and support.

Includes:

• Submission of Self Assessment to HMRC

• Review of income and business expenses

• Advice on allowable deductions and reliefs

• Optional 30-minute consultation

• HMRC correspondence support (Premium package)

Options:

• Basic: £120 – for simple income (one trade, no extras)

• Standard: £180 – includes expense review and guidance

• Premium: £250 – full support with consultation and HMRC follow-up

Additional charges may apply for:

• Capital gains or rental property income: from £50

• January submissions (last-minute filing): +£50

VAT Returns – Quarterly

£50–£170 per return
For businesses that are VAT registered and need reliable quarterly submissions.

We’ll ensure your VAT return is filed accurately and on time through your accounting software. Whether we’re reviewing your prepared return or handling it end-to-end, we’ll keep things compliant and efficient.

Includes:

• Preparation and submission of VAT return

• Digital filing through QuickBooks or Xero (MTD compliant)

• Support for standard or cash accounting schemes

• Email support

Options:

• Review & Submit: £50 – you prepare, we check and file

• Standard: £75 – we prepare and submit using your records

• Full Bookkeeping + VAT: £170 – includes up to 100 transactions/month

Extra flexibility:

• Manual/spreadsheet records: +£30

• Flat Rate/Annual VAT schemes: priced on request

Starter Package

£170–£220/month
For sole traders and micro-businesses looking for solid foundations.

A simple, reliable solution to keep your records in order and your VAT returns on track. Designed for those just starting out or with a low volume of transactions.

Includes:

• Up to 100 transactions/month

• Sales & purchase invoice posting

• Bank reconciliations

• Quarterly VAT return support

• Email support

Extra flexibility:
Go over your limit? No problem — we charge just £1.00 per additional transaction.

Essentials Package

£300–£450/month
For growing businesses ready to take control of their finances.

Combines day-to-day bookkeeping with monthly insights, giving you a clearer picture of how your business is performing.

Includes everything in Starter, plus:

• Up to 250 transactions/month

• Monthly Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet

• Debtor and creditor summaries

• Basic KPI dashboard (Excel)

• Email & phone support during business hours

Extra flexibility:
Only pay £0.80 per transaction beyond the included 250 — perfect for fluctuating volumes.

Professional Package

£600–£750/month
For established SMEs needing consistent financial oversight.

A step up for businesses that want structured reporting, support with cash flow, and proactive finance admin. This is the ideal outsourced alternative to hiring in-house.

Includes everything in Essentials, plus:

• Up to 500 transactions/month

• Enhanced monthly management accounts with commentary

• Credit control support

• Supplier payment runs

• Budget & rolling forecast updates

• Liaison with your accountant or HMRC

Extra flexibility:
Just £0.60 per additional transaction to stay in control of costs while growing.

Complete Finance Partner

£900–£1,100/month
For businesses needing a full-service finance function.

This package offers complete peace of mind with tailored insight, strategic support, and regular communication — acting as your dedicated external finance team.

Includes everything in Professional, plus:

• Unlimited transactions (within fair usage)

• Custom Excel dashboards or Power BI setup

• Monthly variance analysis (budget vs actual)

• Cash flow forecasts and planning

• Monthly strategy check-ins with senior staff

Scaling? No stress — if your volumes grow significantly, we’ll work with you to adjust pricing fairly and transparently.

One-Off Projects & Catch-Up Work

£45–£60/hour, quoted in advance

Need support with something specific? We handle:

• Backlog bookkeeping

• VAT catch-ups

• Finance system clean-ups

• Audit prep & reconciliations

• Custom reporting or dashboards
